Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Elunite's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Elunite provides educational consulting services to help African students pursue higher education opportunities abroad. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • University and program selection guidance
  • Application assistance and document preparation
  • Scholarship and financial aid guidance
  • Visa and immigration support
  • Pre-departure orientation and support
  • Ongoing student support services

User Responsibilities

Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our service forms.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
  • To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
  • To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
  • To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
  • To submit false or misleading information

Service Fees and Payment

Fee Structure

Our service fees vary depending on the type and scope of services required. All fees will be clearly communicated before service commencement.

Payment Terms

  • Payment schedules will be agreed upon at the start of service
  • Fees are non-refundable once services have been rendered
  • Additional fees may apply for expedited services
  • All payments must be made in the agreed currency

Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of service commencement.

Service Limitations

No Guarantee of Admission

While we provide expert guidance and support, we cannot guarantee admission to any educational institution. Admission decisions are solely at the discretion of the respective institutions.

Visa and Immigration

We provide guidance and support for visa applications, but we cannot guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by relevant government authorities.

Third-Party Services

We may recommend third-party services (testing centers, translation services, etc.). We are not responsible for the quality or outcomes of these third-party services.

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Elunite and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the service, to understand our practices.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elunite, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
